If you told your problems to others or the public, most of your stories would be responded to with different opinions.
Have you ever seen famous people’s posts on social media about their problems? Read the comments there. Fans and haters argue endlessly.
In my opinion, Your personal problems are not for public consumption. Even it can damage your image. Be aware that your suffering is only understood by you and the people who care about you.
If your mind is tangled about a problem, I suggest you do the following:
- Reflect on why it happened and what your best course of action should be. This process takes time, so be patient and persevere.
- if you need a friend to confide in, be selective in choosing. Rely on people you really trust.
- along with processes in points 1 and 2, you must believe that God allows everything to happen because He knows you can go through it and find the best way out. Be optimistic.
- Never seek empathy from others or the public. Human nature is jealous. More people are happy to see your suffer, than those who sympathize.
