I am not against eating meat. As long as the meat is halal and comes from an animal permissible according to Islamic law, I will eat it. Eating meat provides benefits that may not be found in vegetables and fruits.
As I get older, I change my diet by eating more fish, fruits, and vegetables. One or twice eating food containing beef in a week is still okay. More than that, I would have taken medicine or dumped the calories by jogging or exercising.
